Carotid Ultrasound
Carotid Artery Ultrasound is a simple and painless test that is used to search for blockages in the carotid arteries, which supply blood to the brain. An ultrasound probe is used over the neck region. This test generally takes less than 45 minutes to complete and is available at a hospital testing facility immediately adjacent to many of our Cardiac Specialist locations. Call our offices today and we can assist in scheduling your Carotid Artery Ultrasound.
